Miscota offers the best online price for this product, even with the international shipping/handling cost factored in. I purchased 180g size for about $45 (with $1 discount, and $6.93 shipping). My vet's office charges $45 for a much smaller 60g bottle. The shipping time to Hawaii was within 2 weeks --- I don't remember exactly. Others complained about the delayed shipping to the USA. So I made sure that I ordered far in advance of running out of this product at home. Since I had a positive experience with Miscota, I ordered a second bottle today.
