This reversible Neo Mesh is made of Neoprene on one side and Polyester on the other. This way, you can have at the same time: a super soft feel and a breathable material, to keep your dog cool and comfortable.

 

The adjustable straps are made of durable Polyester, with 4-point locking for your dog's safety.
